KeyShot Studio Network Rendering – Maximum Render Power for Your Team

Do not waste time waiting.
KeyShot Studio Network Rendering connects the computing power of multiple computers in your network to create a powerful render farm. Instead of your workstation being blocked by complex calculations, simply offload rendering jobs.

Utilize unused resources in the office – for example overnight or on dedicated servers. Your designers can continue working seamlessly while animations and high-resolution images are created in the background in a fraction of the usual time. The result: Faster iterations, relaxed deadlines, and maximum productivity.

Ideal for design studios and agencies that want to increase their output without investing in expensive single-user workstations.

Key Features

  • Dramatic Time Savings: Distribute jobs to any number of "Worker" computers. More cores mean linear performance increase.

  • Full Hardware Utilization: Combine the power of CPUs and GPUs across the entire network.

  • Central Job Management: The "Monitor" manages the queue. You can see the status of all jobs at any time and assign priorities.

  • Continue Working without Pause: Send the job to the network and immediately continue working on the next scene in KeyShot Studio.

  • Flexible Licensing Model: Licensed by the number of cores (e.g. 16, 32, 64, 96, 128, 160, 192, 224, 256 Cores) you wish to add to the network.

  • Platform Independent: Works seamlessly in mixed environments with Windows, Mac, and Linux.

System Requirements

How it works:

The system consists of 3 roles:

  • Client: The computer with KeyShot Studio that submits the job.

  • Manager: Manages the queue and distributes tasks (often runs on a server).

  • Worker: The computers that provide the actual computing power.

Requirements:

  • Functioning network (LAN/WLAN).

  • Valid KeyShot Studio license for the client (for submitting).

Licensing is based on the total number of logical cores (threads) or GPUs that are to function as workers. e.g. 16, 32, 64, 96, 128, 160, 192, 224, 256 Cores
